Insurance Companies we are in network with: Delta Dental, MetLife, Aetna, Cigna, Liberty Dental, United Concordia, BCBS. Medicaid: Aetna, BCBS, Humana, Molina (we do not participate with Meridian).
Tua-Pay: Apply for a line of credit in office at your consultation to cover your treatment plan (soft inquire on your credit report).
Care-Credit: Apply for a line of credit in office or request a link to be emailed or text to you at your consultation to cover your treatment plan.

We are in Network with Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, Liberty, Illinois Medicaid most PPO plans Insurance is verified before scheduled dental visit. if insurance has out of network benefits we can use it as well.
